You CAN do this! It is not fun to be at a constant war with your body. So as people have said don't restrict yourself. Don't expect your weight loss to happen overnight. Small changes add up to big successes. I have found it most helpful for weight loss to log everything you eat (obviously). But the days I have missed…

I just bought one. I'm a little confused on how to use it. I don't feel like I'm making the best use right now because I'm not sure of how to best use the features. Any help/tips would be appreciated :)

OP, I get exactly what you mean. When you get in a relationship and become comfortable and happy in it, people have said that the pounds start adding up. Right now my boyfriend and I have been going to the gym together and making more of an effort to eat healthy. Trying to make a turn around. I'm always looking for new MFP…

Hey there! I have a cruise planned for the end of July. Of course on cruises, you wear a bathing suit. Which like most people, I've never felt comfortable in. This trip I want it to be different. I've already lost 14lbs. If like to lose 25lbs at the least for the trip! Add me if you'd like ☺️

Hey there! I have hypothyroidism and before it was diagnosed it was impossible to stop gaining weight and get it off. However, now my TSH levels are more under control and the weight loss journey has begun. Add me if you'd like ☺️ Also the MFP group mentioned in the above post is super helpful!
