I'm struggling to find a realistic diet without starving myself to lose at least 15 pounds in the next 2 months. Right now I'm living off of spinach salads, fruits, veggies, and lots of water. I also go the gym at least 5 times per week.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. How long have you actively been trying to lose weight? Are you maybe taking medications that could prevent you from losing weight? Not trying to be nosey. Just trying to understand and possibly help.

I didn't name the diet. Its what its called. I had heard about it on TV and did a google search and that's just what its called. My husband was also in the military - Army. I know the military doesn't eat like this plan lays out, so I have no idea why they named it the military diet.

Sorry, it does sound like I'm contradicting myself. However, the only time I've had to diet/exercise was to lose baby weight with my 2 kids.

Well, this is the first time in my 37 years I've had to diet/exercise to lose weight. I've always weighed about 100 pounds at 5'1. Now, I weight 121 and want to get back down to at least 105. If you have any advice on how to do this, I'm all ears.
