Well now why doesn't my HRM show on my workout dashboard on Connect though I could see it during my workout ? Synced the device using ANT.
-
Okay so now I got my Heart monitor working ! Had to go to Device settings and make it visible on device ! Easy-peasy :) Will test it tomorrow on my run again to check if it maps HR over the run time . Are there any steps to be done before the run ? Thanks for the info !

How do I pair it? Vivofit2 comes with the HRM band and I was told there was no pairing to be done. The data was to be directly seen on Connect..
-
Let me try this tomorrow during my workout ! Thanks for the details :)
-
I am unable to see that :(
-
You go girl ! Amazing progress :) Well done.
-
I got mine at the same place 2 days ago !! Loving it <3
-
True, I am struggling with protein intake !! I will try to put more in as of the coming weeks. .
-
I "think" indeed! But definitely hearing all of you loud and clear will need to cleanup my act and up my intake to match daily needs -exercise included !!
-
Personally, I feel fine with 1000-1200cal a day diet. I sit all day at work and don't feel the need to feed my body when I'm not even hungry :)
-
Its a combination. I log in my running and yoga. Steps are counted and calories adjusted by an app called pacer.
-
Might just have to contact them then :) OR stay put and enjoy being human !
-
Words said by many. Let me eat more - more than willing to do so :) And I shall see how it progresses. Thanks a lot
-
Precisely! Been a month now.

Yes I measure almost everything that i consume or I scan labels. No I do not eat 100% of cal lost due to exercise as is visible in my diary :) I am maintaining 4-5 workouts each of 400 cal loss while sticking to 1200-1100cal a day intake..
-
I use a food scale and measure or label scan close to everything that I consume. As you can see in my diary I am sticking to 1200-1100 cal a day even with my exercise loss of 400 cal a day 4 -5 times a week. Hence, I am not eating back calories earned by my exercising.
-
Thank you for the graphical post :) It is motivating. I am hoping to maintain my exercise regimen and diet! Fingers crossed I will succeed ..
-
Will check this out soon ! Just got mine a few days ago. :)
-
I am planning on getting this out of my fitbit too ! Hopefully that can motivate me to stay on track and not fall off the good habits due to numbers not being what i would like them to be  Just impatience !
-
I am happy with it but just being more greedy and wanting to see more numbers on the scales ! :)
-
@glenelliott5872 there is no way i will be able to go below 1200 a day
-
@FatMoojor indeed. But in 5 weeks i should have more than 2 kgs loss I feel :S
-
@Orphia The chart !! Thanks :) Looked it up. Doc confirms everything is on track maybe I just keep at it and see what comes out in another month or so...
-
@sarawalker14 Replace tortilla with roti/chapatti(Indian flat bread) and that is something I most definitely snack on a LOT !! :D Great recipe idea.
-
Haha :) Thanks for the recipe ! It was super easy and fun making it - DH cleaned up the dish pretty well along with me.

+1.

Beautiful smile !

Suits my need. But looks bulky. How comfortable is it ?
-
I would mainly use it to track running and HIIT workouts. An occasional hike and cycling trip might be thrown into the mix but it is definitely not a weekly activity for the moment. What do you recommend ?
