I could not agree more! The processed stuff isn't real food and it's definitely not good for their little bodies. I am a mom of four littles. They'll eat when they get hungry enough, I promise.

And, no, besides running my four kids around to various sports I don't really exercise. Honestly, the thought of having a daily exercise plan puts me in a really bad mood lol. I am probably going to get a lot of crap for saying that, but I am being honest. I feel great too!!!

I ate horrible this weekend as well, including many cocktails. To make you feel better, I told myself that I wouldn't weigh until Wednesday and decided to hop on the scale yesterday evening jnstead. I don't really have a specific workout plan. I just try and push the baby in the stroller and take the kids to the park a couple of times a week. I am also always running my kids around to sports every week. I don't sit down much :)

I follow Atkins and have lost 70 pounds since November 2014. Feel free to add me. Last November I weighed 209. February 2015 I was 186. Today I am 137!!!! I have slipped up some in the past month and eaten bread and pecan pie one day, but you can see in my diary that I always stay low carb.

Definitely ignore the comments! I'm about the same as you. I'm 5'4, had my last baby last November. I was 209 when I left the hospital, and now have been ranging from anywhere between 137 141 for the last couple of weeks. My goal is 130 as well

OP, I started with the same stats as you in November '14. I am now at 137!!!! You can do it! I feel like a new person and actually feel good in clothes again.
