Boil oats in milk and sprinkle pomegranate and other chopped fruits like banana mangoes on it...tastes yummy !

Add layers of fruits,oats,peanut butter and yogurt one by one in a glass jar keep it overnight in fridge. Enjoy ready breakfast in the morning :)

I didn't say that...it's not my logic...there's this dietitian who once said so. after that I try to avoid Protien and carb at night :(

Berries are not easily available in India... too expensive as well :( Spinach whey protein banana soya milk coconut oil flaxseeds sounds good !

Multivitamins are fine but it's always best to get them from food. Safer I think so.

I guess you are right ! May be I should consult a dietitian ASAP ! Btw should I stop lifting weights or should I continue ? I hate cardio :(
