Not losing weight :(

I do weight training.i feel toned and leaner but I'm not losing much weight ! I'm 5ft 6 inches tall and 85 kg

To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit.
Are you in a calorie deficit? Most important question...
Weight training is not for weight loss it is to maintain muscle mass while losing fat.
As well weight training it can cause water retention that looks like a weight stall.0 -

Continue lifting weights. Lift intensely and as heavy as you can. (whatever that maybe).
keep your protein high, but eat in a calorie deficit (maybe 200-500 cals a day below TDEE).
Try not to worry about the scale. Go by how you look in the mirror, how you feel, how clothes fit, inches lost etc.

Or use myfitnesspal's food to track what you are eating.
Calculate your TDEE and stick to around a 500 calorie deficit. Weigh all your foods accurately and as long as you don't cheat you will see results.

no...it takes up less space...1lb of muscle=1lb of fat but the 1lb of muscle is smaller by volume.0
