To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit.

Are you in a calorie deficit? Most important question...

Weight training is not for weight loss it is to maintain muscle mass while losing fat.

As well weight training it can cause water retention that looks like a weight stall.

You don't need a dietitian, you just need a calorie deficit...

Continue lifting weights. Lift intensely and as heavy as you can. (whatever that maybe).
keep your protein high, but eat in a calorie deficit (maybe 200-500 cals a day below TDEE).
Try not to worry about the scale. Go by how you look in the mirror, how you feel, how clothes fit, inches lost etc.
    Well done, good luck.

Or use myfitnesspal's food to track what you are eating.

Calculate your TDEE and stick to around a 500 calorie deficit. Weigh all your foods accurately and as long as you don't cheat you will see results.

And don't forget that muscle weighs much more than fat does!

no...it takes up less space...1lb of muscle=1lb of fat but the 1lb of muscle is smaller by volume.
