  • Congrats to you all!! I was sleeved 3/24 and have lost 20lbs since that day. My ultimate goal is to get down to 140ish. That's half of my body weight at my highest!! I'm in this for the long haul, and it may take longer based on my weightloss so far. People have started to notice my loss in the past few weeks, which has…
  • Dibne - fantastic weightloss!! Congrats! Would love to know if you did anything other than what your dr ordered. It was too many carbs for me, so I've had to restrict them to 10-20g/day. Kind of tough when EVERYTHING seems to have carbs and even the low carbs add up fast. Please share your tips on success.

  • You're looking great! I'm 2 months out as of the 24th. I am 43 from my HW Jan 1, 2015(highest weight), 20lbs from my SW on Mar 24th (surgery weight). My goal is to get to 140 @ 5'5". Low carb has the same goals, it's just how you tweak it to fit what works for you. The take-away is…
  • Today is my 2 month post surgery anniversary. Weightloss has been slow, so am trying a low carb, high fat keto diet. Seems to be working for me - lost 3lbs this past week. My highest weight was 283 and my surgery weight was 260. Today I am 241 - like I said not spectacular, but I'll take it. How are you doing?

  • I've been checking out recipes myself and saving them to Pinterest. My hubby and I are doing LCHF Keto. I am doing it for weightloss, while he is trying to "cure" his type 2 diabetes. I'm still struggling with getting my macros in the proper balance so I can be in ketosis. Meal planning is a must for sure! Sounds like…
