Planning my menu for the week. Sausage/egg/spinach/pepper casarole (lasts all week and very filling) Keto stuffed bellpeppers Fish tacos w/ low carb tortillas Baked chicken leg quarters For sides - sauteed squash and zuchinni, mashed cauliflower, creamed spinach and roasted asparagus w/ parmesan. And for the bbq Monday bacon wrapped chicken jalepeno bites.

    I've been checking out recipes myself and saving them to Pinterest. My hubby and I are doing LCHF Keto. I am doing it for weightloss, while he is trying to "cure" his type 2 diabetes. I'm still struggling with getting my macros in the proper balance so I can be in ketosis. Meal planning is a must for sure! Sounds like you're experienced at this. There is a great app on iphone http://ketodietapp.com/ but I'm an Android user until Oct when my contract is up. A great site for info I've found is http://www.ketogenic-diet-resource.com Another helpful app for importing recipes is Pepperplate for Apple users and Android. You can input your own recipes and it creates shopping lists. Keep up the good work! Sounds like you are on the right track.
