  • That's what I was just reading! After treatment though if I eat 1,500 or higher I will not lose a lb. it's just how my body reacted so now I'm in this low calorie cycle. Maybe at this point I should just switch it all up and play with a slight increase. Thanks everyone for the links and advice! It beats the discouraged…
  • Yes I use a food scale. I measure everything! I meal prep for the week on Sunday's (4 oz meat, 1 cup veggies, and pre measured snacks only) but maybe I'm used to that caloric intake and that's the problem. I eat on average 1,000 /1,100 calories a day. I workout 4/5 days a week 30 mins cardio (fat burn) 45 mins lifting…
  • I'm saying my "dieting weight" won't go past a set weight. I have gained weight with 3 kids and cancer recovery. Each time I lose the weight it will only go so low and I plateau.   • Thank you everyone! The weight came off two days later plus a pound. Not using the scale as much to gage progress is something I will definitely work on :)

  • 2 table spoon rice vinegar 2 table spoon amino acid (Asian isle) 1 table spoon siracha 1 table spoon pb2 Mix all ingredients into bowl , cook shrimp (6oz) in non stick pan (no oil ) until done. Pour in sauce and cook 2 mins . I put asparagus tips as well (2cups). Whole dish 180 calories makes 2 servings sooo good!!!
  • I have a striiv band. 50 bucks, tracks sleep, steps, calories burned and syncs with this site as well as my iPhone. Thin design and battery charge takes one hour and lasts 2 weeks. So far love it!!
  • Honestly I keep a motivation picture at my phone screen saver and when I'm feeling like cheating food wise I look up fitness motivation on Pinterest. I don't allow anything to distract me because I tunnel vision haha when I don't want to go to the gym I again look up motivation via YouTube trainers or Pinterest. It works…
