    This website is great! I just made her Thai Green Curry with Shrimp and it was really good, and pretty low cal, even with rice!

    Oven baked white beans and shrimp in Greek herbed tomato sauce topped with feta
    Spaghetti with prawns, chili, asparagus (or other veg) and tomato sauce
    Grilled marinated shrimp
    Shrimp tacos
    Shrimp and smoked salmon salad with cottage cheese and dill dressing
    Shrimp and mango salad
    Egg fried rice with lean pork and shrimps
    Salad with black beans, shrimps and a spicy cilantro dressing
    Curry

    2 table spoon rice vinegar
    2 table spoon amino acid (Asian isle)
    1 table spoon siracha
    1 table spoon pb2
    Mix all ingredients into bowl , cook shrimp (6oz) in non stick pan (no oil ) until done. Pour in sauce and cook 2 mins . I put asparagus tips as well (2cups). Whole dish 180 calories makes 2 servings sooo good!!!

    maybe try to season some panko and cover the shrimp. then pop in the oven and bake?

    I like to cook raw shrimp in coconut oil, garlic, and fresh grated ginger. Once cooked, reserve.

    Then, I add thinly sliced cabbage and grated carrots to the same pan, plus more garlic and ginger and a little veggie broth and coconut aminos (you could use soy sauce). Once the veggies are tender, I throw the shrimp back in and mix all together.

    My husband, son and I all love this!
