I am doing a 60 minute class of Orange Theory Fitness which involves HIIT. Half the class is cardio and the other half strength training. Just trying to do things that will help achieve goals. These are my two options right now.

My calories are in check and I lose 3lbs per month it seems. For toning do the fitness blender YouTube videos work for building muscle or am I wasting my time and should be spending my strength training days in a gym using all the machines???
