This might be a bit off topic to what you're saying, but I find going to sleep feeling hungry increasing the overnight fast boosts my weightloss and also helps me eat a good substantial breakfast in the morning to start the day. Personally, I highly recommend it, although I'm aware some people maybe averse to the idea...

Day 13 of the 30 Day Shred done; really not enjoying it, I found Level 1 fun and enjoyable and I felt like I had achieved something once I had finished it. This Level I just hate, maybe it's because it's harder? Finding I can't stick through a lot of the exercises

I always get this!! I eat and then somehow sometimes feel hungrier after I've eaten than before?!
