Yes look at realistic targets. Eating at calorie surplus i.e. Plus 200lbs with a high bevel of protein can help. Train heavy and often. Each body part twice a week? Work your quads hard they are your biggest muscle and help the growth hormones if you do. At 210 and muscular you would be really huge. Is that what you want?…

Muscle is heavier than fat so that's where it's gone. Do be discouraged by your efforts. All will come good and be seen. Measures are good starting point and are good. Re measure in say 6 weeks and let us know how you are doing
