Websites like MFP but for weight lift progress?

I've been looking for a website where I can track my lifting progress.
Like I put in the exercise, weight x reps and it logs that and I can look at pretty graphs of my progresses over time.
The only one I found that seems to do that is thesquatrack but it's in closed beta, so nothing I can do.
I don't have a smartphone so no apps possible either.

I don't use it, but doesn't bodyspace do something like this?

One of my FLer's uses it and it produces reports telling you how much volume you've increased on certain things, etc. Not sure about graphing though.

I'd just use Excel. I tried figuring out a couple apps like Jefit (I do like Jefit), but I ended up just making notes in Evernote while lifting, then transcribing those notes into Excel.

Then in Excel, you can manipulate the numbers the way you want, to create graphs, charts, etc. For example, just for kicks, I set up a tab/page for each of my lifts, with columns for date, reps and weight (multiple columns, then). Then, I calculate the total number of reps for that lift on that day, the total amount of weight (all sets of reps x weight, added), then divide the two numbers in my last column to get average weight per rep. I can then see easily if my average weight per rep is on a trend upwards or what have you.

Of course there are fluctuations like some days I may do more sets than others, so my average wgt. per rep may get skewed, but it feeds into my data-driven soul.

Jefit and bodybuilding.com - both have apps and websites you can work with. I personally like jefit a lot, it shows me my last sets, when I hit a new 1RM and is easy to work with and sync to the website. I believe with Jefit if you pay for the premium version you can get the graphs you want besides the ones for the Main lifts.

There's a website www.bodybuilding.com where you can set goals, track training programs and weights used, track measurements and track things like bench press weights etc it's good.
