@Avidkeo I was grateful for my pack even though my marathon was well supported. Sometimes, i just wanted a sip between stations. Being slow, i thought better safe than sorry.

gatorade works for me for long runs. other ones lead to digestive issues but for anything under 13 miles, i can drink whatever. i like nuun, skratch, tailwind. i typically bring water and use gatorade chews.
