It is definitely more difficult to go low carb on a vegan diet, but you could always try eating more vegetables instead of fruits, low carb plant proteins (like hemp and pea), mushrooms, almonds, nut butters, seeds, avocados, seitan, tofu, lower carb beans (like soybeans and fava). My maintenance range is 1550-1600 calories. I did a 40 hour fast the following day and walked 30 km to compensate for my binge. I know what I did was unhealthy, but it helped with the guilt.
