I fast every day and use this app. I do an 18/6 interment fast. Basically I eat my alotted calories between 1230-630p. Basically the app is a tool for us. Tools are used to make work easier not to be the master of the worker!

Start logging your food in the Journal in this app. You can find any food that you eat in here. As you login it you'll see where you're at in relation to where you should be and that should help. I hope you get your mojo back soon!

I am not tracking except through the MFP app. I walk on my treadmill and do some light weights. I live in the country and it is 3 hilly miles to the mailbox so I walk that weather permiting. Nice to "meet" you all!
