Do you pay attention to macros?
I am not feeling great even eating back most of the exersize calories. I have not paid attention to macros so I looked at my log- and I noticed I usually get more carbs than either fat or protein. Thoughts?

Fitbit helping to motivate me
I resisted getting a Fitbit but did not refuse when I was gifted one for Christmas. In the week since I started using it I am amazed at how much I want to get in my steps. When I stand I walk back and forth and silly things like that - the steps add up and I get to see the app " go green"

I have been dieting/ walking for 2 months because "everything" was was falling apart. I have probably lost 20 lbs- I was too afraid to face the scale- now I found this wonderful app I can eat without worry! Glad to find a group my age ( 61 in 3 days) I did finally weigh myself and it's all ok! Really just want to feel good.
