Its not the same day, it's an alternate. 3 days at the gym working the same muscles as you would during the p90x workout, then 3 days doing p90x videos. 6 days if p90x along with 3 days of lifting would be insane lol

Anything that is bad in the house, get it out! Also, try eating more veggies for snacks to keep your calorie intake down. Salads, and even chicken breast which is full of protein and low in calories

What I did is found a healthy BMI that I know would be a good goal. For me, at 6 foot 2 it's 190 lbs. You can find BMI charts all over the web, and even calculators if you don't want to use a graph. But if you're muscular and putting on muscle but still haven't hit your goal, consider making your goal a certain body fat %

I will be trying to log more carefully. Don't have a scale, can't afford one ATM, but will be increasing portion sizes and eating more full flavor foods higher in fats. Thank you!!!

What would you suggest for desserts? More foods to eat with good fats?
