Maybe focus on destressing. I put on weight recently while increasing my exercise levels. I went from 141 to 154 over the past year, but I think a lot of it is overdoing it and stress. So my goal is to still exercise at the gym, strength train and cardio but do more relaxing walks, yoga, baths and drinking tea. I am too…

i have no idea how many calories are in the booze I'm drinking... No wonder I'm not losing weight :neutral: I need to cut back on that first and foremost and that will help the late night munchies....I am starting to drink green tea and I will try out black tea, WATER WATER WATER

Thanks! Yeah the diet is the big issue, eating late at night is my weakness. I love pastries, pizza, cheeseburgers etc.
