Thank you all for replying! My diet consists of protein (turkey chicken and protein powder) Ezekiel breads and lots of veggies! I will try drinking more water and lifting more to try and gain more muscle It's a little discouraging hearing that it might not ever go away

CW 155 GW 145 UGW 140 Proudly stand tall at 5'10" :) I exercise all the time and I eat healthy 75% of the time but my goal is to eat healthy about 95% of the time Just have a couple problem areas id like to get rid of before fall :) good luck to everyone!

I want in! I'm starting my first year of college this fall :) I'm 5'10" and about 155 pounds. I would love to be 145 by the time fall rolls around! I have lots of muscle mass to so this would be a good challenge for me!!

I'm on level 2 right now and it is much harder than level 1!! Something to look forward to. If it is too easy for you, you could always add more weights, go deeper into the squats and lunges, and jump higher! It's up to you to push yourself harder each day :) stick with it and good luck!!
