If I were you I would do a 5day (or however long you want) day cleanse. You don't have to buy a fancy kit. Just a fiber drink of some kind. And cut out dairy and as much sugar as you can along with soda. Try to stick to fruits, vegetables, and lean protein, and some carbs for your cleanse. It will help get your body back…

I love Yasso Greek yogurt bars! They are about 120 calories a bar and taste just like ice cream!! I like the cookies and cream and cookie dough flavors the best! I am not a yogurt person myself, but these are amazing!!

I have a Garmin Vívofit and it works great with MFP. Get the Garmin app and connect it with your MFP account. (Settings>3rd pArty apps) or I think you can connect from the MFP app as well! Your Bluetooth has to be on while you are syncing the data from your device

I weighed again because I was shocked I had lost 2.5 pounds, I was happy and making sure it was right before I got excited.

I have resorted to lite beers for the most part. I will have a mixed drink very rarely because I believe you should enjoy your life and not be miserable. Keep doing the best and don't beat yourself up if you have an extra drink or two sometimes:p

Hello! I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant. You don't HAVE TO. It's okay if you do and it's okay if you don't. Working that long is a workout. If you want to still go, you could have a "easy" day just like 30 minutes, to get a workout in. If your dead tired, just go tomorrow. Switch today and tomorrow as workout days.

I got used to only drinking water and tea. Rarely will I have a carbonated drink. I just made it a habit. Also I flavor my water all the time! I love trying out new combinations of things to flavor my water with! Having some cute bottles helps make it less boring as well:p

Food from restaurants seem to be extra high in calories! I got a black bean burger the other day and when I logged it after dinner I found out it was 1,200 calories!!!!! I couldn't believe it. Now I look up stuff before I get it
