I have struggled with weight most of my life. I am at a pretty good spot right now but I am afraid I will just slip back into bad habits. I have no support system. I need help.

I took a look at your food diary. You really need to learn to eat healthier, add fruits and vegetables and EAT MORE! Maybe talk to a nutritionist, show them your diary. Starving yourself usually just leads to binging.

It's not a short term diet. It's a long term lifestyle change.

Maybe it would help to join an activity based club and meet new friends there who would be supportive of you - if you like Tennis, could you join your local tennis club? Swimming, swimming club? Etc then the people you're in contact with are likely to have similar goals as you in terms of being healthy and active. You might pick up some good tips from them too.

I realize you were not trying to be rude, but this comment was actually very damaging. I am not able to eat more and 80% of foods due to GI issues. I do see a nutritionist weekly, but all she is worried about right now is that I am eating anything I can handle, so I will not have to get a feeding tube again. Please don't make judgements about people.
    Have a wonderful day! :)

I have gastroparesis and can understand how hard it is to eat well. I am seeing a new doctor and he suggested I buy a Vitamix and now I'm able to eat fruits and veggies in a smoothie. But I've overdone it with the fiber the last few days and am paying the price today. So a heating pad is on my belly, which is soothing for me.

If you need motivation, I have a few stories that others have found helpful--

I hope you find what you're looking for here. Tummy and gut issues effect every part of life.
