Not sure, but I think it will keep yelling at you :smile: Did you try to up your weight loss goal? Or lower your activity level? Besides, you probably know that your body will go in 'starvation' mode when you eat too little? It will just bite you once you up yourbintake again and save for the next drought.

I hear you! First you have to get out if tge rut, then keep it up and the hard part clmes after you've reached your goal: Not fall back into the rut. I'm in your boat, hope I can keep it up 'all the way' this time. Good Luck to you!

As Jerome said! Don't undermine your efforts by not eating enough, it will bite you later. But anyway, welcome & have fun :-) I only yesterday returned to the app after a year 'time off' :-)

Remember that you can also add 'cleaning' in your exercise log (I think under Cardio), that should give you something extra too. And I'd say you are very active (worked in the Hotel business for 13, but 'only' reception. Hats off to you!)

Fry them up with some coconut oil, onions (I love red ones), whatever other veggies and herbs and spices you like (J love me some garlic, ginger, Turmeric,...)

I didn't even see that you can post 'manual' updates, aka your own text. Used this app last year and it helped me tremendously. Sadly I got sloppy and gained back what I lost (my goal back then was to get rid of Histamine issues, weight loss was a nice side effect). It would be nice to do this journey with likeminded…
