I supposedly did 45 min on an Ecliptical yesterday, not even sure what I did (yard work most likely), strange thing though was, it didn't record it as exercise. I also went 73 floors today (gardening again) & got a whole 20 min of exercise ;)

I saw someone wear it around their ankle during sleeping (widened the strap with a gair scrnchy), that would baybe work for daily activities too?

@nurdydee , do you have both apps installed on the phone? Turn bluetooth on. update fitbit app first, then go to sync, either in fitbit or here. Some people seem to have a glitch though. Go to the fitbit group I mentioned above. There are various helpful threads about it! :)

Can't link from stupid phone. But check it out, let me know if you find it :)
-
Go to that little tab nleft of the notification. The fourth tab is groups. It's on the top of the popular groups. Will try to link, hold on :)

Mine hickuped yesterday, but is working both ways now. Hope it gets fixed for you too!
-
You just motivated me to start again! <3

Don't know if anyone suggested it already: If you can, take a spoon or two of organic apple cider vinegar (with mother!) with a cup of water. Best wishes!
-
Did you try Witch hazel? Get the inexpensive one at Walmart, cotton pads or washcloth and wipe your face once or twice a day. Don't know about cystic acne, but it won't hurt.
-
Nope. My night sweats git better (again) after quitting artificial sugar (again). As for supps, I sometimes take Kelp and Maca. Good Luck!
-
I have about 40 left to go. Feel free to add me, unless you already have enough motivators (can one ever have enough?)

In tge fitbit group is a thread about this. Many folks have issues it seems. Mine is not showing up here either (got it today). Have it set so it would now get the steps from fitbit, it syncs food and all over to FB from here. I'll wait and see, I guess :( If all fails, I switch to the phone counter again until it's fixed.

@gailwarning757 , did you have your thyroid checked? Sometimes that could be the culprit, especially when in Peri or Meno. Keep it up! It's still worth the effort!
-
Perimeno here and in the gaining bandwagon. Started yesterday again with MFP and I forgot how good it feels to have something keeping you on track. First time checking the forums though

Hi there, currently laziness, imho TV and crochet / knit in front of if. I loved bread, had to give it up last year due to Histamine problems. Don't care too much for American 'bread' (I'm German), so it wasn't that bad. Not craving it (or Pasta) as much any more. Same with sugars, thank goodness :-) TV & laziness.…

Yep. Crawled out from my dark hole too, figured one year hibernation and way too many pounds are enough now. Hope, once I reach my goal, I can keep it up this time.
-
Started again yesterday, after a tear break
-
Welcome! I guess many of us are in the same boat  I'm thinking the only way to keep it off wi be to keep tracking here daily to keep me on my toes, sigh
-
Welcome! Hope it works out for you! In the same boat here, a long road ahead
-
Did you check the 'Getting started' forum? I think I've seen a thread there Best wishes!
-
Congrats on the loss so far! In the same boat here, doing it again  My goal this time is to keep it up!
-
Welcome aboard!

Welcome & congrats! Not much of a recipe guru here, I - for myself - usually just throw some good things together  Cureently eating low Histamine to get my levels back in check
