Just keep your chin up and keep pushing. We are all impatient at first I think but you have to learn that this is your life long journey so it's going to take a while, especially if you have a bit to lose like myself. Celebrate your small accomplishments and keep small goals and the the time will pass so quickly. :)

OMG you definitely should get your dr to give you this medication... side effect potential heart attack. You should try this fast/cleanse I'm doing I've lost 2lbs overnight... You don't have to log EVERY single bite of food you put in your mouth. One cupcake won't kill you... 1/2 right.

Do not give up after one weigh in. Like others said it is too early to really see a difference. What you are seeing is water weight most likely. Make sure you are checking your sodium in your food, drinking lots of water, and just give it time. If you started a new workout plan with your "diet" then it could be your…

MFP definitely over estimates calories burned. People normally say to cut it in half, or only eat half back to be safe unless you have a HRM. Good luck and welcome.

Don't reward yourself with food, your not a dog!. Don't forget to take pictures and measure yourself this will get you through the slumps when the scale stalls. Don't forget to set small goals so that it is more achievable.

2 adults 2 toddlers in NC, USA and we spend about $75/week on groceries. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinners prepared for the house and eat at home 6 days a week on average. We shop at Aldi's where their milk, eggs, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables are just so cheap. I don't know what I'd buy with $200/week. lol.

I know it is very hard but the self hate will eat you alive and leave you slipping on the pounds. You have to cut yourself a break. As far as the weight loss like others have said weight loss happens in the kitchen. If you can keep in check what you eat then working out is not necessary. I've gone through this so many…
