Successes/struggles this week: My struggles will be dealing with a bad big toe and bum hip on my left, make running impossible, squatting and P/U's/Burpee's are almost impossible too. And I am dealing with a nagging sinus infection. But other than that I am fit as a cello!
I think a pound a week should be doable.

I forgot to account for soccer season starting which because I can not run at this time I mostly just stand there and coach. This will take me out of the gym three days a week or at least greatly reduce my W/O time. I may have to learn to get up at 0400 to get in a W/O before work. YIKES!
I am going to stick with my goal of 185 but it just got real up in here!

struggles: no exercise; I could say it is a time problem and it would be kind of true but actually I am simply not motivated at all. Next time planned is for Monday, until then I don't think much will happen.
I had a bad eating day 2 days ago and I am still recovering.

Successes/struggles this week: I would like to get my water intake upped. I have a hard time remembering to drink water. Typically, I drink 2 cups of coffee in the am... Then nothing all day until I go to bed. And yes, I know that's VERY bad.
