    Weight -/+ this month: I sabatage myself every weekend with cheat day(s) when I'm over extending myself. I must begin meal prepping for the weekend and sticking to a workout schedule during that time period as well. I also must remember that slow and steady (weight loss) is better than quick in easy so that I won't be so easily discouraged after 2 weeks.

    Struggles - I had a really bad start to the week as I hurt my leg last weekend and couldn't exercise I also had a McDonald's on the Saturday.

    Successes - I tried really hard during the week and managed to lose 2 pounds! Yippppeeee!

    Struggle: last week was hugely stressful and I basically just let myself go with the promise that I would get back on the wagon this week, but... I haven't. Working on that.

    Success: I finally got back in the gym and restarted my workout program!

    Goals for this week:
    -No sugar, dairy, or grain (basically paleo)
    -No eating after 8 PM
    -Some form of exercise, even taking a walk, every weekday
    -Keep carbs under 100g/day
    -1 20-24hr intermittent fasting day (most likely Sunday)

    I'm excited!
