Yes I feel the same way. I try to wait about 10 mins and if I feel the same way I've been snacking on grapes or just some sort of fruit or veggie to keep me full

I feel the same way and try to avoid it but now I try to jog at night around my apartments or just put some music on my phone and wear headphones and blast the music lol and that way people may look at me but I don't pay attention I focus on jogging and doing what I need to do and that's it

Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies to fill you up as a snack. Helps me out since I'm not eating as much trying to lose weight. Just try that and see if it helps
