Here I've made a chicken and shrimp stirfry sautéed with coconut oil. I used red yellow and orange peppers. As well as tomatillos mushrooms and a Vidalia onion. I used sweet chili marinade as the sauce only 3 1/2 tablespoons. This was beyond flavorful healthy and really really good!!

I've heard from some people that coconut oil helps you lose weight. Have you found this to be true in your diet quest after using it as a substitute for butter and/or olive oil?0
