I'll join you sweetheart! Today was my day to get back on track and so far it's a huge success. Well... 'on track' as in I took an honest break from tracking and I relaxed for two weeks. :) I'm a great and dedicated motivator so add me we'll keep in touch. Hi, from what I read you seem to be a fairly active individual. I'll lend you some advice and tweaks: If you want to lose weight figure out your BMR first. Those are the calories you need to function on a daily basis. Example: mine is at 1450 and when I train 5 - 6 times a week it goes up to 2300 - 2600 if I chose to…

Nothing fancy to be honest.. I did it this way with my second and lost 55lbs in no time. What takes the longest is of course the…

Hi there, Alright first: congratulations!! Aren't we (women) amazing. Seriously that wasn't easy but you made it. I have a few questions for you so I can help create a balanced schedule with you. Here they are: Natural birth or cesarean? Any complications during delivery? Past injuries? Asthma? Or any other illness?…

Hi, I might have some advice for you.. it comes from experience. I had my first child Sept 2nd 2012, and I lost all 50 lbs and an extra 5lbs doing mainly cardio 6 times a week, a mix of strength training and aerobics. It took me 7 - 8 months. My calories were watched to drop down rapidly but boosted up for when I needed…

Inuauci;32775799"]I feel a lot better now. I have gained 60lb with 3 weeks to go and battling mentally with it. I had the same issue morning sickness for 5+ months. No sickness now but less active. Still walking but any other exercise seems to give me a headache ( dehydration?) I suffer from the same dry mouth feeling and…

It's important to improve on your overall health and outer body image but it's even more important to clean up your mind and all those negative thoughts.…
