  • That looks delicious. Also the marketing for prunes-dried plum anyone- is awesome.
  • Walking around usually does burn more calories. That's impressive though. Good job!
  • Wow. This speaks to me on so many levels. I too have experienced the loss of a sibling. My sister five years ago when I was 21 and she 23. Beautiful work and spirit. I believe anyone can overcome tragedy and grow. But it is tough and it shows true strength and bravery. Great job!
  • Wow. Great job. So fit and strong!
  • Shavasana or however it is spelt. Corpse pose.
  • Hi. You can do this. First it is likely at least a few of those twelve pounds are water weight. I admire your courage for sharing. Honesty is so important to ultimate weight loss success. If you get back on it now. It is quite possible to reverse this relapse in a decent amount of time. More than that if you see your goal…

  • 3 pounds in five weeks isn't bad. I'm at five weeks and have lost about 4 total. I consider this a success. You are just too used to the crash diets from before. If you want this to stick then it needs to be a lifestyle change and it may very well be slow. That is okay. You might need to work on consistently still, but you…
  • Ooh I had basically the same issue but it's been a little longer about 4 years since my last relapse. Im up 60 pounds since then. You need to take it slow.
  • I never understood this but now it happens to me too. Just remember it will even out in time.
  • Thats not healthy. Your sw was healthy. You need to be careful.
  • I hate ginger but I'm pretty meh on cilantro. I will eat it. But it is not something I've purposely cooked with before. But I avoid ginger like the plague.
  • Yeah they said forever there was no correlation between acne and diet. But I've heard now simple sugars have been shown to be bad for skin. I've had some acne forever. It gets better and worse depending on stress and hormones. But mine has just started getting worse since I started exercising again. I'm still working on my…
  • I eat most of mine. I don't care how accurate it is I get hungry. I eat from 75-100% back I think. I often exceed my calorie goal too on non exercise days. This is a marathon. And it works in time. If it's really a lifestyle the numbers shouldn't be too important.
  • Stir fry. Just soy sauce and other flavors like siracha. Very flavorful and low cal. High sodium though.
  • I have vegetarian days where I reach 80+ grams in the day. I don't think you need 116 unless you have a very high current weight. I think you should meet with a dietitian for a daily meal plan and to come up with a realistic protein goal.
  • I would like to say this isn't always clear. I asked an almost identical question last Monday. A few days later I realized I actually had pulled or strained a muscle. The pain felt similar to doms but was only in my shin. So just be careful if it is uneven it could be a minor injury.

  • Yeah I have it and a related issue. I'm severely disabled. I can't even walk much more than a mile. I do zumba. It doesn't seem to bother my feet too much. I agree you should speak with your doctor but ultimately you have to listen to your body and do what works for you.
  • Well if that is what you've done so far is say stick with it. It seems to be working.
  • I have 2. The first is that my thighs which have uncomfortably rubbed together for a year now just graze. And the second is not quite as positive. I bought some clothes just before starting which fit me perfectly now they are loose still fit but my bum doesn't look quite as good. Although it looks better with no clothes on…
  • I agree. It sounds like you have a very unhealthy relationship with food. This app could help you find balance or it could make it worse. I suggest seeking some kind of professional help. Losing weight isn't going to solve your problem.
  • Pretty close! H: 5'7.5" Cw: 163 Gw: 145-150 Age: 26 My goals may change not sure yet.
  • Yeah I don't own a scale but I weigh at the gym. Which is still 3x a week. Chose Thursday as my official weigh in as that is my lowest day usually.
  • Yeah I have them on my thighs. I freaked out at first. But they are very common. Also depending on your financial situation maybe make that a goal. Once you reach your goal weight you can get them removed with lasers. From what I've heard. It works very well but is quite painful.
  • I recently realized my thighs are bigger than my waist once was. Huge shock. Still I think working them out makes a difference. They say muscle takes up less space than fat, so even if you don't lose having more muscle in your legs makes them smaller. It is slow though.
  • Oh yeah when I first quit soda I drank soda water with lemon and lime. I still get that at restaurants sometimes.
  • I never buy it for home anymore, but I still crave it too. I probably drink it 1-3 times a week. Still working on cutting back more. While it is true you can enjoy it in moderation there are so many things that are healthier and fill you up more. Soda is empty calories that will not leave you as full as 150 calories of…
  • I assume it is the same debate as women only universities. They seem outdated but rest on historical ideals.
  • I try not to do strength two days in a row. When I'm sore like that I'm usually not as productive.
  • Agreed. Increase slowly. Too much is maybe over 50-60 g which is hard to meet. I often reach 35 or more myself.
  • Yeah I've lost very little weight too. Like less than 5 pounds so it really seems my muscles are growing. I'm going with the theory that mine are since I usually have 1-3 days a week at or above maintenance. And am new.
