Like thats where most my cal. Come from is extra sugary foods like ice cream and kit kats and sweet tea is a big one lol

1250 Is my limit and i didnt know how to put in exercise so i feel better now that i did. I was like 500 cal over. but ya i love sugar and befor i started this i ate tons like id eat straight sugar!

Omg really well it will be nice to talk to someone close to my body status lol and ya i know and i know u dont want it off to fast cause that can cause problems to im shooting for about 1-2 pounds a week. My doc said no more than 2. Just tired of feeling like a short ball o fat XD lol

Hey my doc told me the size of one fist is the limit on how much you should eat at one time and should eat threw out the day. Like munch on nuts dried fruit ect.
