Im back to logging starting tomorrow, i had taken time off and then we were camping so i havent been logging. Dinner tonight, homemade quinoa soup with chickpeas, onions and bell peppers and a simple strawberry spinach salad with chia and almond slivers

I have been on a broccoli kick this week!

They may be able to tolerate these food additives but i feel like id rater put natural healthy food in my body rather than chemicals that could cause diseases and cancers later in life.

Keto in the long run is not good for you, look up side effects of Keto. If you feel sick its your body telling you its not right. Listen to your body.

Well i know they also have protein as does every whole food. I just love them as a snack 💕 If you are worried about calories and fat then go for the broccoli, chia and quinoa which is a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids 👍🏼

I believe what you eat matters. If you eat 1500 calories of cookies and soda and burn 2000 calories, your body over time will become sick. jmo

Nicely said. I agree to a point, and yes this way of eating makes me feel better. I want to be healthy and eating healthy gets me there. This is why i love this app i can log my food and be sure in getting what my body needs. I have eaten unhealthy before and i do not feel my best so im learning what you put in your body…

When i say Processed foods i mean foods with added things such as sugar, salt, oil and then the ingredients that no one can pronounce! Haha I love frozen veggies and they are just that frozen vegetables with no added preservatives. Hope that clears it up a little .

That's a lot of money haha on anyway I think most Starbucks have the calorie count by each drink on the menus, I would guess a plain black coffee or a plain unsweet tea would be your best bet when watching calories

I meant in general most people that I talk to ask how can you get protein without meat. Lots of great ideas on here!
