    My tea of choice is Red Rooibos. When I make it iced it is amazing! 4 tea bags for me in 32oz of water left out on the deck in the sun for at least 12 hours. I add 1 ounce of agave or honey.

    That will depend on the anticoagulant medication, but yes, coumadin is counteracted by Vitamin K.

    Side note: my Mom was on coumadin. She also was a farmer's daughter and always had a big garden, even after we kids left and dad died, because she could easily eat nothing but fruits and veggies. She was having some issues and her blood was too thick. Turns out she was eating too many tomatoes each day and had to limit herself to only 1. The vitamin K in tomatoes was messing with her coumadin.

    Green tea is right up there with tumeric, apple cider vinegar and hot sauce in terms of weight loss wastes of time. The amount you would have to consume of these for anything positive to happen is ridiculous. Calorie deficit is #1.

    See, I like hot sauce for weight loss. Simply because it has very few calories and replaces stuff I would use (ketchup) that has a lot more. Hell, I've even used hot sauce on pasta instead of reaching for cheese.

    So, you're saying that we should add green tea leaves, tumeric, ACV, and hot sauce to our grapefruit-and-cabbage soup, right? ;)

    (We won't lose weight unless we're also in a calorie deficit, but at least the soup would taste like something....)

    Why is this a thing? Do people enjoy it? Do they think it will help them in some way? I have shoved a lot of things into water for drinking purposes and never once has it included hot dogs. I demand answers.

    I m into calorie deficit ..i m consuminh 1250 calories daily...i also do cardio...but because of slow metabolism i m not loosing weight so thought of green tea...anyone lost weight with green tea?how many cups to have daily for weight loss?

    There's no one miraculous food or drink for weight loss. It isn't the amount of green tea that will do it. You'll get there by consuming less calories and burning more calories.
