I got "bored" yesterday and was still able to end the day 476 calories under my daily goal. Celery and peanut butter. Or a handful of lightly salted cashews. Works every time. Promise! :-)

Water water water!! You're obviously exercising so make sure you're taking in about a Gallon of water a day or more. The more you sweat the more water you should drink. :-)
