I'm listening to Peter Gabriel's So for what must be the thousandth time. The following is the greatest music video ever made; the effort that must have gone into shooting it is mindboggling:

I could talk about this song for hours, but as far as pop singles go, it's very unconventional. The chorus doesn't come in until about the 2-minute mark, which in pop music is almost unheard of; most songs throw the "hook" in as soon as possible. It's the unforgettable horns riff at the beginning grabs the listener, with the chorus only solidifying the song's hold. Combined with some remarkable engineering, we have one of the greatest sounding songs in modern music. As "80's" as it may sound - due in large part to its brightness and "hi-fi" quality, the production still stands up today.
