  • I use to eat them alot. Then i decided to stop because they eat up my caloric intake that id rather spend on real food. Plus they are expensive. Kind of overated imo.
  • i lost my first 10 pounds using MFP, i just came back on this new account and before i did, i incorporated a vegan diet 5 days out of the week, broke my plateau and lost another 5 pounds without counting calories. i plan on going full vegan in the future, but so far this is the best ive felt in my life.
  • calf liver is very lean. have it with sauteed onions on top and peas. split pea soup or lentil soup is low fat high protein too.
