I've done both. I had more success with WW a long time ago. I agree with everyone else about the 21DF restrictions. I didn't last long on the diet because my calorie counts were too low for what I was allowed to have. I just did my first workout though. Omg. It kicked my *kitten* but I know it'll be worth it. I'm 5'0". My goal is to be at 125 lbs. I have about 25 to go. I'm aiming for at least 5 lbs per month and that'll get me there by summer. Getting to 127 lbs will put me back in the normal BMI range but I figured let's just make it an even 5 lb number :)
