@kpk54 thank you just in one meal i hit 36 grams of fibre . avocado 185 grams 19 grams of fibre mashed with 30 gram flax seed at 8 grams of fibre and 9 grams of fiber with dark chocolate . I like Crunchy stuff and flax seeds add it.

Absolutely right. Being the dumbass that i am i tried a portion of the beef with marinade and drip pan. IT turned out looking great on the outside but hard and chewy and a total pain in the mouth to eat it, my jaws still hurt. Lesson Learnt.

*sigh* looks like No amount of anti water retention magic is going to defeat excess sodium quickly....my water retention remedies only seems to work on normal days without excess sodium.

I use the fried bacon on mfp to log. Although I bake my bacon in an oven with a grill and just throw the grease away. Most labels unless they specifically mention it as fried/cooked/baked the calorie listing is always per raw slice.

You get a fitbit and sync it to mfp. I have an active job and i count the calories burnt aside from walking. Butchecking my weight daily i was able to do the reverse .i lost 0.6 pounds yesterday.
