Great progress!!!

2 years, 53 pounds... I haven't been actively losing the whole time though... I ate a little above maintenance a few months while I progressively lifted to gain some shape back... now I'm cutting for a few weeks to "see what happens".. as I continue to lift heavy. I lost the bulk of the weight within six months and just…

Lower body - legs, hips butt... still waiting on the rest to come off my arms and upper back.. I want skin on muscle with barely ANY fat ideally, on my upper body... I'd then consider myself a success. :-) ... welll I'd still be going nonstop with major goals though. Lol

Bravo!! And like a couple of ladies said, AMAZING ARMS!!
-
Great job! Weights are the best!!

I feel the poster referencing the "thigh gap"... I like it too when it's accompanied by nice, strong shapely legs... not unlike appreciating a small and shapely waist line, an hourglass figure, a "shelf"etc, attributes that not everyone has (or can get) but still can be appreciated.... yes I have a gap as well, with strong…

@jjohnstonlni Great job!! You have a story to tell! :-)

You look beautiful!! Amazing job!

It's an obvious difference in your lower body, it's obviously fuller in the hips and glutes... I'm sure you have experienced a weight increase/measurement increase between that first picture and now. If you are doing a progressive lifting program just continue eating more (like it seems that you've been doing) and lifting…

Yeah, it really depends on your shape more so your weight it seems like... I'm 5'8, 144 and I'm a loose 6 as well. For pants to Fit the waist they'd have to be a US4. I barely have any hips at all though so that certainly plays a part. Shirts are a US6 sometimes 8...very loose in the waist but fit the arms.

Awesome job! You look great!

Great job! You look YOUNGER too!

My three younger children will grow up knowing me Only as a Very Fit mom (God Willing) and are naturally following in my footsteps.... my oldest has known this "new mom" long enough to become very fit himself and totally see our (my) pretty active life as the norm now. My husband has lost a substantial amount of weight in…

Yeah, you just make a way.. I'm married with 4 children and I work outside of the home... still get my fitness on Every day, no matter what. It takes a bit of juggling and assigning time slots for hubby and older brother to watch kids some days - when the littles aren't going with me or I'm not working out at home, or they…

Yep, I've gone back and forth wanting to lose about 6 more pounds with the HOPE that it will come from my arms and lats and NO WHERE ELSE. lol I KNOW that's a dream ( a woman can dream right??), but I've increased my weight training and maintained my cardio so I can EAT, (I'm in a small deficit). I hope that the small…

JUST like her!

Are you eating at maintenance?? I'm still debating what my next move will be.... curently eating at maintenance now, getting my cardio/weight training in as well.... definitely sculpted (sculpting) a nice shape, just need this extra fat off of my arms! It's crazy that this is my stubborn area whereas it's the thighs/hips…

Completed my first Ragnar Trail Run today!! It was freaking phenomenal!! I was the "newer" runner on the team with having just started Oct 2016, but I MORE than held my own time wise (for what I'd committed to doing) for each leg of the relay race! Trail running requires a lot of leg strength due to the terrain resistance,…

You look phenomenal! That extra skin will begin to "snap back" over time, I'm sure! Many of us went through having the "extra skin hang" when bending forward... time, patience, and weight lifting will offer an even better appearance soon! :-)

Nice job! Cute shape!

My silhouette from my shadow looks really nice. :-) I've been at my goal weight for a while now but started lifting HEAVIER a few months ago... I'm looking curvier now... Still a bannna shape, but one with a little junk in the trunk. lol

I have the same problem... tighter in the arms/shoulders than they used to be but Very loose in the waist... I can easily wear a small shirt confortable in the waist but have to wear mediums to accommodate my "mass" for some styles. My delts have grown and I still have some stubborn fat on my arms over the muscle growing…

"A Lot, it has been QUITE the journey!" And then switch the subject to your latest fitness venture....

Running my first Trail Relay in two weeks... just finishing without being the weakest link on the team. lol Gaining some mass in my a88... and a little more in my thighs. Going down to a solid Small in shirts... like All shirts being a small.... I've been lifting heavy (progressively) for a few months now to attain these…

Great job!! What did you do exactly and how long did it take?? :-) @neldabg

Wow! I actually got a little teary eyed! So proud of you without even knowing you! Great job!!

From the bottom up... legs, hips, torso, face.... still waiting on arms to go all the way down to match the rest of me.
