I have been 15 lbs away form my goal weight for about 6 months. It is frustrating and there is no good excuse for me other than I have also sabotaged myself when I started to feel satisfied by how far I have come. Go back to basics and eat whole foods at your calorie deficit until you drop the last two lbs! Mindful eating…

I love my green tea hot or cold. I think the benefits are all there no matter how you drink it. It is a great coffee substitute for me personally. I did not really like it when I started it was just for the health benefits but now I LOVE it! I drink 2 bags a day same brand as you.

Do not give up! From a person who has started over probably 50 times and am now down by almost 80 lbs... you just have to continue to be aware and do your best in the future to make better choices. I am sure you want it bad enough. If you did not you would not recognize the mistake. You can do this!!!

I do not love it but I have been drinking Bigelow Green Tea for the health benefits, which I believe are enormous. I have tried to make this my coffee substitute (I uses way to much french vanilla creamer) It is growing on me...I drink it with an orange or I put in a lemon wedge which I think makes it better. It has become…

When I became pregnant with my son I was already overweight (155 lbs) I gained 60 lbs which put me to 215 lbs! Being only 5'1 I was getting wider than I was tall! My son was born January 5th and I made in back to my pre-pregnancy weight in July 25!! (six months!) Breastfeeding really helped me. Six months- 1 year I feel is…

Good for you! I am happy you passed your first 30 pound goal! Becoming more lean is one of the best things we can do for our health. I was over the moon when I reached my first goal of making it down to my pre-pregnancy weight (a -12 lbs goal). Now I am trying to reach my next goal -5.5 lbs by my son's first birthday…

I have not been weighing my food.
-
I have not but when I log everything and I am around 1500-1600 I feel really guilty and like I overate. It may be because I am very small framed (under all my fats).

and I am obviously not losing weight with what I have been doing...so I am not sure.

Well my son is almost a year old so we are not exclusively nursing. I guess MFP does not give recommendations for extra calories for breastfeeding mums because it really depends, everyone's situation is different. I looked it up and it said an extra 500 cal. a day but that seems very high.

I did not think so..

i have good luck controlling my hunger when i eat a large percentage of my calories from protein.[/quote] Thank you I will keep this in mind :)

I have about 40 lbs to go :) we can be friends...I "like" and comment on just about everything...kinda obsessed with MFP :D

It did not put me over for my calorie target. I have also been trying to walk every day so I think today was overall a success and I should not feel so down about having some fast food...I think there are certainly better food choices and with better planing hopefully I can reduce my "need" to eat out.

your beard for sure!

I am on a 10 day streak! My first 10 days on MFP :)I have an open diary and have logged every bite!
