stress, wheat, egg whites, hazlenuts, moulds, grass, pet dander and a lot more! I had testing done last year and these were just some of the many things that trigger my skin to flare - fun fun.. I try to keep my skin moisturised to 'try' prevent flare ups but, my skin is extremely sensitive! :neutral:

I didn't focus on exercise in the beggining of my journey to weight loss and i did still loose weight! But, I have been incorporating exercises and weight training recently as there is a lot of benefits to doing so! Plus, it makes me feel good once I finish a workout :)
