I just turned 27 and I'm the heaviest I've EVER been. I decided to make 2017 the year to get back into shape and make it all about me. My #1 priority is to lose weight! I love this app but would love some mfp friends to encourage each other along the way! Let me know!

Ok! I will go search for it and join it! Yes I just weighed myself once I got back from my trip to Nashville and in at 226 seriously the heaviest I've ever been. It's effecting me mentally as well. That's why I finally decided this year there are no more excuses!

I'm also looking to lose around 30 pounds this year. I'm coming up on my wedding in September and would like to be close to my goal for both the evening and for our mountain honeymoon a few weeks later. I also want to be in better shape since we plan to spend a good chunk of the trip hiking around Veil and Beaver Creek.3

My heaviest was 233. I had my son 2 months ago but during my pregnancy I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes which was supposed to go away once I delivered but didn't. My weight is leading me down a dangerous path! I stepped on the scale the other day and hit my first goal! That was to be under 200lb. Best feeling ever, even thought maybe my scale was off. Lol. I've yo-yoed weight alot but it's been a while since I been under 200lb. We all share a common goal, now let's do this!

I'm also looking for a buddy for encouragement. I've been doing this since 2015 and my weight goes up and down. I'm 40yrs old soon to be 41. I'm back at 274.8. I was at 265. I need some help too and would mine being a buddy with you @em_schaefer0

I am looking for some new and inspiring friends as well. In 2013 I had done an amazing job and lost 40 +/- pounds. In September of 2013, I fell off the band wagon and gained a good chunk of it back. I am almost to the weight that I told myself I never wanted to see on my scale again. Feel free to add me as a friend. I can use all of the encouragement and motivation I can get. On the bright side, we just got a new puppy almost a month ago, and she needs lots of exercise, so it is a good excuse for me to go for a walk! Looking forward to seeing new friend on MFP!2

You can add me! I've been losing the past 3 years slowly. After my divorce I weighed 215. I'm 5'3. I now weigh 154. It's a process but so well worth it! My goal is 125-130. I can't wait to hit it!8

I would love some friends as well! I had foot surgery back in June and am still in a boot as we speak. I've gained 30 pounds in 6 months and am limited for exercise. I need to quit eating junk. If I had just watched my calories, made better choices it wouldn't have been as bad. I'm the heaviest I have ever been and at 46 I need to get healthy! Please add me! I'm a sugar addict. Late nights are the worst and I need to give up that glass of wine! Lol! Thanks girls!1

Yall can add me! I'm 26 and since working an office job sitting all day and not working out much, I have gained about 35 lbs in the past 4 years. I need to finally lose the weight to fit into some of my old clothes and to feel better physically. I just started logging again the past few days. I'm not weighing myself very often but I have a "goal skirt" that I used to fit into a couple years ago that I'm using to motivate me.2

I'm 21 and also at my highest (nearing 200 lbs). So I actually have about 60-70 to lose. I'm starting 100% tomorrow. I already ate terribly today but will be eating right the rest of the day and going to the gym after work. I'm going to add you and everyone else as well. The support from everyone will be a big help I think2

@quartknee11 you can do this! I remember being 21 5'8 and weighing in around and 180's throughout the years my weight slowly creeped up on me. I remember telling myself that there was no way in hell I would ever let myself get over 200lbs! I hit my highest of 233 this year!
I don't feel like me! I never have energy, I get exhausted going up stairs etc. I know if I don't start taking control it the number on the scale will only increase! Let's do this and take control!

Please add me! I'm also 27 and the heaviest I've ever been. I blame it on having kids, but it's really just my lack of motivation. I have decided to get my pre-baby body back before we have another one, so I'm hoping to lose about 20 lbs before April, but my goal is 50 lbs total. I just want to start making healthy choices now so I don't end up one of those fat moms that's got a great personality and flabby arms
I weighed 220 before vacation in December. Oddly enough, I came back and weighed 214. Not complaining! But I'm also not satisfied until I get back into the 100s at least.0 -

This is exactly me. I'm 5'8 and always hovered around 170-180. My mom always told me I should be 135 (ha), but I was a comfortable size 8 all through college. Now two babies later and I am well into the 200s; where I swore I would never be. I know I will never be 135, but I also have had to stop blaming my build for my weight. Which my dad does. At some point, it's just because I eat too much chocolate lol.0 -
