I’m 48 and all of this started in Jan. I went a month without a period and then had a small one. Now I seem to be spotting ALL the time. I only had 5 total days in the month of May with no bleeding at all. Anyone else? My GP seem to not be worried about it.

Ugh! In the middle of a room renovation and forgot to weigh this week. Plus I’ve been eating to cope with the stress of it all. Some of you have had great success. Just keep going and I will update you on Monday.

I started at 179 in March of 2018 and am now 133. It took a while and I have more to go (I’m only 5’1). You can do it!!!!!

Hi @Lisa110979. I took 30 mg in the morning and it definitely wore off about 2pm. My nurse recommended taking it “as soon as your feet hit the floor” so I think you’re doing it right.
