I started at 179 in March of 2018 and am now 133. It took a while and I have more to go (I’m only 5’1). You can do it!!!!!0 -

Just walked to the gym...did a few things for my abs (or lack thereof) and my wings, but also walked 31 mins on the treadmill and according to it burned 174 calories ...then walked home ...first time back at the gym in a while ...

@mommafrit -- we've got your back! No matter what that 'high' number is, you are still a wonderful human with so many great qualities! One day at a time, we will DO THIS THING!
Over the weekend we spent a lot of time with friends, so I surely drank back the exercise I did, but I want to celebrate a small exercise victory. I've just been focusing on moving more and today I looked back over the week on MMW and found that between it and some mega gardening this weekend, I've got 5 of last 6 days with exercise [this is an accomplishment, people]. That is my victory for this week. Mother Nature has decided it is monsoon season in Wisconsin, and I've been able to get in a walk or gardening more days than not.
also, 9 of the longest days of school ON EARTH are ahead of me! Have a great week ahead, teachers!

Today I announced that I was changing districts and leaving my current district of 16 years. All. The. Feels.2 -
I know I am just getting started...but I expected more...been calorie counting since May 26th. Went from 176.6 to 172.2 but have been stuck here for the last five days. While I have only done minimal work outs...my days have been filled with starting the garden (rather large garden), tearing out the ceiling of my porch (this took two days of being up and down a ladder, pulling, banging, prying over my head, then hauling to the trailer) plus other labor intensive chores. I just didn't think I would hit a plateau already. Feeling frustrated already. I know I need to keep going ...just ugh.0

That was a good initial loss! That often happens just after starting weight loss. But getting stuck is so frustrating! You can do it! You can stick with it! Log your food intentionally and drink lots of water, which ironically helps you to get rid of water weight Best of luck!0 -
Ugh! In the middle of a room renovation and forgot to weigh this week. Plus I’ve been eating to cope with the stress of it all. Some of you have had great success. Just keep going and I will update you on Monday.2

The last two days of school are this week. Sorta. Students are done, but teachers are reporting for 2 days of data analysis.
Not sure what is worse, the data analysis or the grumpy colleagues. Wish me luck, people!0 -

06/10/19: 205.6 - got rid of 0.2 for a total of 3 lbs. this week.... I was at a class all week so I ate in restaurants every day & stayed in a hotel two nights so I am pretty happy with any weight loss. I am leaving tomorrow to spend 3 weeks with my mom. Thankfully she’s very supportive & a willing participant. My biggest obstacle will be weighing in on a difference scale in a different city.🤞0 -

We had that last week- I had to take a math course so I missed it. I have to go in this morning to talk about what I’ll be doing next year. I am pray for 6th grade math & science 🤞 I’m at a very small school (one class per grade) so there isn’t a lot of places I could go0 -
