    I know a pound a week doesn’t seem like much but think of it as 4 sticks of butter!! You’ve gotten rid of 8 sticks of butter - awesome progress 👏👏👏

    The week ahead is looking good. Last week was a $^#&show with the end of school year and leaving my old district . The week ahead I'm taking a grad school class and have a lot of evening events planned. I have hope for this week!

    Ugh! I have only gained this summer. I eat low calories but hate to exercise. Any suggestions??!

    Can I join? I am not a teacher but work in spec ed. I set a goal for myself to lose another 10 pounds by the start of school.

    We got out June 4th. Our first day back with kids is August 23rd. I weigh in on Friday mornings.

    6/7- 222.0
    6/14- 221.2
    6/21- 223.4 (knew it was coming, I slacked in logging and ate all the things on our Texas vacation)

    6/21- 223.4 (knew it was coming, I slacked in logging and ate all the things on our Texas vacation)
    6/28-220.0 (Yay! This puts me back to my pre-vacation and pre-sickness weight from May and back on track)

    05/20/19: starting weight is 208.6 & I’ll never see that number again 👍😁
    05/27/19: 206.6 - Got rid of 2 this week 😁 I have extra motivation 👰 We set the date! March 28,2020, we’re getting married ❤️
    06/03/19: 205.8 - got rid of 0.8 for a total of 2.8... wish it was more, but I’ll take it 👍 Guess I’m a member of the turtle club 🐢

    07/15/19: 199.6 - ONEderland!! I’ve gotten rid of 9 lbs. ordering wedding dress a size smaller is a real motivator. And I started a low carb diet that is really working for me, along with a lot of walking. I don’t know if I’ll make my 20 lb goal but at least I’m moving in the right direction.     I have been "out of the loop" as of late...my husband lost his job a week and a half ago and it has left me scrambling to pick up extra classes at the Y and kind of lost in a funk, but I will get back in the swing of things this week!

    7/19 219.6. I think I've finally broken free from the 220's. I haven't seen anything lower than 220 since 2012. Only two weeks until my first PD of the year and then 3 weeks after that is the official first day of school. Summer is flying by.
