Ugh! I have only gained this summer. I eat low calories but hate to exercise. Any suggestions??!0

Can I join? I am not a teacher but work in spec ed. I set a goal for myself to lose another 10 pounds by the start of school.
We got out June 4th. Our first day back with kids is August 23rd. I weigh in on Friday mornings.

07/15/19: 199.6 - ONEderland!! I’ve gotten rid of 9 lbs. ordering wedding dress a size smaller is a real motivator. And I started a low carb diet that is really working for me, along with a lot of walking. I don’t know if I’ll make my 20 lb goal but at least I’m moving in the right direction. I have been "out of the loop" as of late...my husband lost his job a week and a half ago and it has left me scrambling to pick up extra classes at the Y and kind of lost in a funk, but I will get back in the swing of things this week!1

7/19 219.6. I think I've finally broken free from the 220's. I haven't seen anything lower than 220 since 2012. Only two weeks until my first PD of the year and then 3 weeks after that is the official first day of school. Summer is flying by.
