I honestly own three of the beacbbody programs and use the on demand. I think it is a matter of what you are looking for in terms of the workout, support and guidance.

Do you have time to do it in the morning before work? That is the best way for me to avoid not wanting to do it and I quickly get my day off to a great start!

I have a full time job, but also put on programs on the weekend and evenings for those around me in my area. This way I still have something steady, but also get to do something I love

I like to hybrid both of those programs together. I like the weight parts of p90x3 and the pushing part of insanity. It seems to work fairly well as a hybrid

I definitely agree with you. I tend to drop the ball on the nutrition piece, but can stick to the workouts pretty consistently.

I supplement with a whey protein and love it. I definitely am one that can't do it just as a meal replacement.

I just finished doing one of these with a group of friends on Facebook. We posted every day, shared recipes, and held each other accountable. It was a great experience.

I love insanity, insanity max :30 and the asylum. They work well and are amazing. Insanity max even has an awesome modifier track
