The Workout Lie

I wake up in the morning and I tell myself that I do not want to work out. I ponder the thought of working out after work all day and how much it will suck. But...No matter what, 5 minutes into my workout, I feel better. After my workout, I feel 200% better. How do I fall for the lie that it will suck on a regular basis?

    Do you have time to do it in the morning before work? That is the best way for me to avoid not wanting to do it and I quickly get my day off to a great start!
